Jin – Pompidou Exhibition Project
Client: Jin/Centre Pompidou
Role Music/Arrangement/Score/Sound Design
This is a sound piece I engineered and scored for the artists Jin in 2005.
The sounds and ideas for the score were conceptualized and sourced by Ryotaro Bordini Chikushi and the animation was crafted by Uleshka.
I then assisted them in arranging/designing and mixing the sounds and samples into the work, scoring the music and then preparing the stems for a final mix down to 5.1.
The final piece was exhibited in the Centre Pompidou in Paris France in 5.1 surround and the images were projected onto 5 separate panels in a customized cinema.
The art piece is now part of the permanent collection of the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
