Dynamoelectric EP out on Beatport

My latest release, the Dynamoelectric EP, with Grain Records is up on Beatport from today.

Back in Black.

After a wonderful, busy summer I decided to take a break and smell the roses for a while.

Shortly thereafter a glitch occurred during a simple server switch and I didn’t have access to my e-mail account or website for about a month or so, which online is the equivalent of aeons and so I found myself free of distraction in the studio and set about reworking some of my concepts and approaches to final production and the pursuit of the ever elusive midrange.

I am happy to say some of the results have been very exciting for me and as I have a couple of shows coming up I”ll be able to test out some of my new production techniques and compositions and see if all my experimentation has panned out.

Thanks to everyone who has kept in touch through other channels and a big thanks to people dropping by here and listening to the live shows I have in the music section.

Trends and Friends 2008/11/29

The ultralounge has been making a mark on the nightclub scene here in Tokyo and rocks out on a tight and sturdy JBL Sound system.

Trends and Friend brings together a roster of Tokyo talent from Europe, Japan and South Africa and promises to be a night of solid bumping grooves.
